Who will I be speaking with when I call?

A specialist at Underground Infrastructure Inteligence. Calls to (317) 350-4623 go directly to our specialists rather than through a call center or answering service.

Monday through Sunday, 7:00am to 7:00pm. That includes weekends — there's no Saturday or Sunday blackout.

How do I get in touch?

Call (317) 350-4623, or email roger.veach@axiatp.com if you'd rather send details in writing. The phone is usually faster.

Can I call on a weekend?

Yes. The phone is answered seven days a week between 7:00am and 7:00pm, including Saturday and Sunday.

What should I have ready before I call?

The site location, a short description of what you're planning or what's gone wrong, and your timeline. That's usually enough to get a useful answer on the first call.

What if my question falls outside what you handle?

You'll be told that straight away rather than strung along. A quick call is the fastest way to find out either way.
