What's the best way to get in touch?

Calling (317) 350-4623 is the fastest way to get an answer. If you'd rather put it in writing, email roger.veach@axiatp.com and we'll reply from there.

We're available Monday through Sunday, 7:00am to 7:00pm — seven days a week, including weekends.

Do you answer on weekends?

Yes. Saturday and Sunday run the same 7:00am to 7:00pm window as every other day of the week.

Who answers the phone?

A specialist at Underground Infrastructure Inteligence. You're not routed through a call center or a rotating group of reps.

What if I call after hours?

Leave a message with your name, callback number, and a short note about what you need, or send an email to roger.veach@axiatp.com. We'll pick it up when the next day starts at 7:00am.

Do I need to have details ready before I call?

No. If you have the location, the type of work, and your timeline it speeds things along, but it's perfectly fine to call while you're still figuring out the question.
