How do I get a quote?
Call (317) 350-4623 and talk to a specialist. They'll ask about the site, the scope and your timeline, then tell you what the work involves. You can also email roger.veach@axiatp.com with details or drawings.
What hours can I reach you?
Monday through Sunday, 7:00am to 7:00pm. Weekends included — job sites don't always stop on Friday.
Do you work on small projects?
Yes. Size isn't the deciding factor — risk is. A small job with one unknown line under it can be worth looking at closely. Call and describe it and we'll give you a straight answer.
I already have as-built drawings. Do I still need you?
Maybe not — and we'll say so if that's the case. But old drawings often don't match what's actually in the ground after years of changes. We start by reviewing whatever records you have before doing anything else.
Who will I be dealing with?
A specialist at Underground Infrastructure Inteligence. The specialist who answers the phone stays involved through the project, so you're not handed off to someone who wasn't on the original call.
What do I get at the end?
Findings written up clearly, in a form your crews and your engineers can both work from — and a phone number you can call when questions come up mid-project.
